Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Speed Signal AI (the "Service"), operated by Speed Media Group LLC ("Speed Signal AI", "we", "us", "our"), located at 1508 Bay Road, Apt N0817, Miami Beach, FL 33139, United States, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

Speed Signal AI is a stock market scoring and analysis platform that scans US-listed equities (common stocks and ADRs on NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX and CBOE) daily, scores each ticker on multiple technical factors, shows company fundamentals for reference, and presents results in an interactive dashboard. The Service includes:

• Daily scoring of 4,500+ stocks across 3 pillars (Base, Accumulation, Ignition)
• Interactive dashboard with charts, filters, and ticker detail views
• Email support at [email protected] and through the Support form in the dashboard menu

3. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account through our authentication provider (Clerk). You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. One account per person. Creating duplicate accounts (including for additional free trials) is prohibited and may result in termination.

4. Subscription Plans & Pricing

The Service is offered through a free account and a paid Pro subscription plan:

Prices are in US dollars and may change. We will email you at least 30 days before a price change takes effect. The new price applies from your next renewal after that notice, and you can cancel before then at no cost.

5. Free Trial

• The Pro trial begins when you subscribe to Pro and provide payment information
• At the end of the 7-day trial, your subscription automatically converts to the paid Pro plan
• You will be charged the applicable subscription fee on day 8 unless you cancel
• To cancel during the trial, use the self-serve option in the dashboard (Settings → Plan & billing → Manage billing) before the trial ends; you can also contact support at [email protected] or use the Support form in the dashboard menu

6. Payment & Billing

By purchasing a subscription, you enter into an agreement with Speed Media Group LLC for access to the Service. Stripe processes payment transactions on our behalf and may provide checkout, billing, invoice, receipt, tax-calculation, and refund-processing services.

• Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout and may include cards or other Stripe-supported payment methods
• Subscription billing and payment processing are handled through Stripe
• Where required, applicable taxes may be added at checkout based on your billing location; Speed Media Group LLC remains responsible for tax reporting, filing, and remittance where required
• Charges will appear on your bank or card statement as SPEEDSIGNAL.COM
• Speed Signal AI does not store your full payment card information

7. Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee for the renewal period.

• You may cancel auto-renewal at any time, online and without contacting anyone, from the dashboard (Settings → Plan & billing → Manage billing); you may also cancel by contacting support at [email protected] or through the Support form in the dashboard menu
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then
• For annual plans, we email you a reminder before each renewal
• No partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period (except under the 30-day guarantee)

8. Refunds & Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions and on each annual renewal. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, or within 30 days of an annual renewal charge, you may request a full refund.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the first paid charge or, for annual plans, of each annual charge
• Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method
• To request a refund, email [email protected] or use the Support form in the dashboard menu
• After the 30-day period you can cancel at any time to stop future charges; mandatory consumer rights continue to apply

9. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Service or its data
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
• Use the Service to manipulate markets or engage in insider trading
• Reproduce our scoring methodology for commercial purposes

Fraud, abuse, or a material violation of these Terms may result in account termination. This does not limit your mandatory statutory consumer rights or any refund you are eligible for under our 30-day money-back guarantee.

10. Financial Disclaimer

Risk Warnings

• Trading and investing in securities involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of your entire investment
• Past performance does not indicate or guarantee future results
• Stock prices are subject to market volatility and may fluctuate significantly
• High scores in our system do not guarantee positive returns
• You should never invest money you cannot afford to lose

User Responsibility

You accept full responsibility for your own investment decisions. You should:

• Conduct your own independent research before making any investment
• Consult a qualified financial advisor regarding your specific situation
• Consider your own financial circumstances, risk tolerance, and investment objectives
• Not rely solely on the Service for investment decisions

11. Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of the data presented. Specifically:

• Financial data is sourced from third-party providers and may contain errors or delays
• Scores and screening outputs are generated algorithmically and may not reflect all market conditions
• Historical data is subject to revision without notice
• The Service may not cover all securities or markets
• Data may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or provider outages

12. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its scoring methodology, algorithms, software, design, text, and graphics, is owned by Speed Media Group LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written consent.

13. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers:

• Stripe: Payment processing, checkout, subscription billing, invoices/receipts, and refund processing. Stripe is a payment processor, not the seller or merchant of record for the Service.
• Clerk: Authentication (Privacy Policy)
• Resend: Delivery of service emails (welcome, alerts and briefs) and of messages sent through the dashboard Support form (Privacy Policy)
• Railway: Hosting of our servers and database (Privacy Policy)
• Cloudflare: Content delivery, website hosting, and security (Privacy Policy)
• Microsoft Clarity: Optional analytics, loaded only if you consent to the Analytics category in our cookie banner (Privacy Statement)
• Sentry: Error monitoring of our servers, configured to minimize personal data (Privacy Policy)

We may also rely on content-delivery services, an AI service that produces market and ticker summaries, and optional features you choose to use (for example, browser push notifications or an optional third-party chart). Our Privacy Policy describes the data each provider receives.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.

14. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

15. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF INFORMATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

16. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPEED SIGNAL AI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, INVESTMENT LOSSES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE TOTAL SUBSCRIPTION FEES PAID BY YOU DURING THE 12-MONTH PERIOD PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Speed Signal AI from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your investment decisions made using information from the Service.

18. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be revoked
• No refund will be provided for the remaining subscription period when an account is terminated for fraud, abuse, or a material breach of these Terms; this does not affect refunds eligible under our 30-day money-back guarantee or mandatory statutory consumer rights
• Sections that by their nature should survive termination (disclaimers, liability, indemnification) will remain in effect

You may cancel your subscription online at any time from the dashboard (Settings → Plan & billing → Manage billing), or by contacting [email protected] or using the Support form in the dashboard menu.

You may also permanently delete your account from the dashboard (Settings → Privacy & data → Delete account). An account with a renewing subscription cannot be deleted until you cancel the subscription in Manage billing. Deletion cannot be undone, erases your account data except billing and fraud-prevention records we keep as permitted by law, and ends your access to the Service immediately, even if a canceled subscription still has time left in its billing period.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.

Payment transactions, subscription billing, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and buyer disputes are handled by Speed Media Group LLC using Stripe payment processing services and applicable payment-network rules.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Speed Signal AI regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
