1. Who we are

Speed Signal AI (speedsignal.com and app.speedsignal.com) is operated by Speed Media Group LLC, 1508 Bay Road, Apt N0817, Miami Beach, FL 33139, United States. Speed Media Group LLC is the controller of your personal data. Contact: [email protected].

2. Data we collect

• Account: email address and, if you provide it, your name (also when you sign in with Google), and the link or campaign that brought you to the site, to measure which channels work.
• Billing: subscription status and billing records. You enter card details directly with Stripe; we do not store card numbers.
• Settings: watchlist, alert rules and history, notification preferences, and push notification subscriptions if you turn them on.
• Support: the messages you send us and the email address we reply to.
• Technical: IP address, browser and device type, and server logs.
• Analytics: pages visited and interactions, only if you accept Analytics cookies.

An email address is required to create an account, and payment details are required for a paid plan. Analytics is optional.

3. Why we use it

• Provide your account, dashboard, alerts, and the emails you request (contract).
• Process payments and keep billing and tax records (contract and legal obligation).
• Answer support requests (contract).
• Keep the service secure, prevent fraud, and fix errors (our legitimate interests).
• Measure usage with analytics (your consent).

We do not make automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Who receives it

We do not sell your personal data or share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with the providers that run the service for us:

• Clerk: sign-in and accounts
• Stripe: payments and billing
• Resend: email delivery
• Railway: server and database hosting
• Cloudflare: website hosting, delivery, and security
• Microsoft Clarity: analytics, only with your consent
• Sentry: server error monitoring

A few other technical services (such as your browser's push service and our business email provider) receive only what they need to work. We may also disclose data when the law requires it.

5. International transfers

We and our providers process data in the United States and other countries. For data from the EU, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on safeguards such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses. Contact us for a copy of these safeguards.

6. How long we keep it

• Account data: while your account is open; deleted when you delete your account. We then keep a deletion record for 90 days, holding only a one-way hash of your account ID, so delayed payment events cannot recreate your data.
• Billing: after deletion we keep only anonymized billing records and, where needed to prevent payment fraud, a limited record and, for 12 months, a record that a free trial was used. Stripe keeps payment records under its own policy.
• Backups and logs: routine database backups up to 4 weeks, server logs up to 90 days, and server error reports up to 90 days, then deleted automatically.
• Analytics: Microsoft Clarity keeps session recordings for 30 days (up to 9 months for sessions we save for review) and aggregated usage data (such as heatmaps) for 9 months.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for sign-in, security, and your theme, and Microsoft Clarity cookies only if you accept Analytics. We do not use advertising cookies. Change your choice anytime with Cookie preferences in the speedsignal.com footer or in Settings → Privacy & data in the dashboard (each site keeps its own choice). If you choose the TradingView chart in the dashboard, TradingView loads its widget and may set its own cookies. Details: Cookie Policy.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, get a copy of it, and restrict or object to how we use it. You can withdraw consent at any time (for analytics, through Cookie preferences) without affecting earlier use.

• Delete your account: Settings → Privacy & data → Delete account. Cancel any active subscription first in Settings → Plan & billing → Manage billing.
• Any other request: email [email protected] or use Support in the dashboard menu. There is no download button; we send a copy of your data on request.
• Emails: use the unsubscribe link in alert and brief emails, or the notification settings.

We may need to verify your identity first. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

9. California residents

In the last 12 months we collected identifiers (name, email, IP address, account ID), commercial information (subscription and billing records), and internet activity (device, usage, and log data). It comes from you, your device, and our sign-in and payment providers, and is used for the purposes in Section 3. We disclose it only to the service providers in Section 4 (authentication, payments, email, hosting, analytics, and error monitoring).

We do not sell or share personal information as California law defines those terms, and we do not use sensitive personal information to infer anything about you.

You can ask to know, access, correct, or delete your personal information as described in Section 8, yourself or through an authorized agent. We respond within 45 days and will not treat you differently for using these rights.

10. Age

You must be at least 18 to use Speed Signal AI (see our Terms of Service). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Security

We encrypt data in transit (HTTPS) and limit access to our systems. No system is completely secure; please report vulnerabilities to [email protected].
